Art Camps are running on the Peninsula from San Francisco (northern most) to Santa Clara (southern most). Camps run from June 9-August 8, 2025.

Lead Counselors
18+ Has experience working with kids and teaching experience leading a group of children
Support Counselors
18+ Would like/has experience working with kids and would like to gain teaching experience
Junior Counselors
For those entering their Junior or Senior year of high school and can obtain working papers; has the desire to work with children and learn
NEW!
Counselor in Training (CIT)
For those entering their Freshman or Sophomore year of high school. The CIT program includes 3 hours of training weekly to get you ready to be a counselor.
Job Requirements:
Be able to pass a background check & TB Test
Have/want experience working with children
Like visual art & want to learn more about teaching art to children
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, crouch, kneel, and sit, and lift 35 lbs.
Training:
2-6 hours of paid training is included with all counselor positions, position dependent. In person counselor training will be held at the beginning of June. Can't make it? You can opt for a virtual training instead! CIT program does not include paid training.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and position.
Lead Counselors: $31/hr
Support Counselors: $22-$26/hr
Junior Counselors: $18.75-$20/hr
CIT: Unpaid internship
All positions require a 2 week minimum commitment to be considered.
This is a W-2 position and non-benefited. All individuals will need access to transportation to reach the camp sites. Working hours for most weeks are 8:30-3:30.

Hiring process:
-First round interview: 15 minute phone screening
-Second round interview: 30 minute Zoom or in person meeting. We understand that many of our staff are out of town during the academic year.
-Finally a reference check is conducted. Please be ready to supply three references.
-All job offers are conditional on the ability to pass a background check through California LiveScan and a TB test.

Lead Counselors: $30
Support Counselors: $22.50-$25

Hiring Lead Educators and Associate Educators for after school Visual Arts classes in San Francisco, Berkeley, San Mateo, Los Gatos, and Menlo Park. Each position is 2 hours a week. Contracts are late March - late May.
Menlo Park: 3:15-5:15 Thursday - Associate Educator
Who we are:
A-Z Creativity LLC is an arts education organization that specializes in fostering intentional creativity in children through engagement and exploration in the visual arts. Our classes build confidence and inspire children by intentionally teaching material skills and creating an environment that allows for open-ended exploration and problem solving.
Responsibilities Include:
-Maintaining material bin (stored on-site)
-Teaching pre-written open-ended visual arts curriculum to children ages 3-4 and/or 5-9
-Maintaining child safety and classroom management
Requirements:
-Be able to pass a background check & TB test
-Experience working with children
-Ability to lift 35 lbs, stand and walk for 2 hours, bend, kneel, sit, or crouch.
What we provide:
